We are seeking a motivated Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our HR team. This role is crucial in supporting the administration and execution of our company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and compliant within the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory benefits.
Support the annual compensation review process, including data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports.
Help in the benchmarking of salary and benefits against industry standards to ensure competitiveness.
Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems related to compensation and benefits.
Assist in communicating compensation and benefits policies and programs to employees.
Contribute to the development and improvement of compensation and benefits processes.
Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian labor laws and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits.
