Completion Engineer - Corporate (Mangalore)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and creative Completion Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our Corporate team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Des degree and be responsible for ensuring the successful and timely completion of various educational product development and deployment initiatives. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between design, development, and end-user satisfaction, ensuring our learning solutions meet high standards of quality and usability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end completion of assigned educational product features and projects, ensuring they align with design specifications and user needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, developers, and content creators to resolve roadblocks and ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance and user acceptance testing, identifying and documenting any issues or areas for improvement.
- Gather user feedback and performance data to inform iterative improvements and ensure product-market fit.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and completion checklists.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes and workflows.
- Ensure all completed products and features adhere to brand guidelines and educational best practices.
