Computer Vision Engineer (3-4 Yrs) at Ion Exchange (India) Ltd.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Computer Vision Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our innovative team at Ion Exchange (India) Ltd. in Chandigarh. This role is crucial for developing and implementing cutting-edge computer vision solutions to enhance our water and wastewater treatment processes. You will leverage your B.Tech/B.E. education and practical experience to analyze visual data, develop intelligent systems, and contribute to our mission of sustainable resource management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy computer vision algorithms and models for applications such as anomaly detection in water quality monitoring, object recognition for waste sorting, and process automation.
- Collaborate with domain experts to understand specific challenges in water treatment and waste management and translate them into technical requirements.
- Process and analyze large datasets of visual information, including images and videos.
- Implement and optimize deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) for image classification, object detection, segmentation, and tracking.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of developed solutions, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in computer vision and machine learning research and apply them to practical problems.
- Work with embedded systems and edge computing for real-time applications.
- Contribute to the overall R&D efforts in developing novel solutions for environmental challenges.
