Concierge - Corporate (Nasik)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Concierge with 2-3 years of experience, holding a B.Pharma degree, to manage and streamline corporate services for our Nasik-based operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical background to ensure efficient coordination of various administrative and logistical tasks, supporting our import & export activities. This role requires a blend of organizational acumen and a service-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and documentation requirements.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and related expenses.
- Assist with the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials.
- Provide administrative support to the corporate team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Uphold company standards for quality and service in all operational aspects.
- Leverage B.Pharma knowledge to understand the specific requirements and handling procedures for pharmaceutical-related imports/exports.
