Construction Manager - Consumer, Retail & Hospitality Sector (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects within our retail and hospitality expansion in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent leadership skills, and a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Manage procurement of materials and equipment.

Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.

Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
