Construction Safety Engineer (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Safety Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of construction safety principles and regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment on construction sites, implementing safety protocols, and conducting regular inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans and procedures for construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to site personnel.
- Maintain safety records and documentation, including incident reports, inspection logs, and training records.
- Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and regulatory bodies on safety matters.
- Stay updated on the latest safety standards, regulations, and best practices in the construction industry.
