Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) professional with 1-3 years of experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing 3D printing processes for semiconductor components and tooling, contributing to our advanced manufacturing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and validate 3D printing parameters for various materials (polymers, ceramics, metals) relevant to electronic component manufacturing.
Operate and maintain industrial 3D printers, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
Perform post-processing of 3D printed parts, including finishing, inspection, and testing.
Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to identify opportunities for leveraging additive manufacturing in new product development and process improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to 3D printing equipment and processes.
Maintain detailed records of experiments, process parameters, and results.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in additive manufacturing technologies and materials.
