Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and motivated Contract Blue Collar Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team in Indore. This role is crucial in sourcing, screening, and onboarding a high volume of blue-collar candidates to meet our operational demands. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the local labor market and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential blue-collar candidates through various channels including job boards, local networks, community outreach, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Assist with the onboarding process, including document verification, offer letter generation, and pre-employment formalities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Stay informed about labor laws and regulations relevant to blue-collar employment in India.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Organize and participate in recruitment drives and job fairs within the Indore region.
