Contract Card Operations Executive / Lead (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Card Operations Executive / Lead with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for managing and overseeing all aspects of card operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, and optimizing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of card processing, risk management, and relevant legal statutes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute daily card operations, including transaction processing, reconciliation, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure all card operations activities comply with relevant Indian laws, RBI guidelines, and company policies.
- Review and interpret legal documentation related to card agreements, fraud policies, and customer service.
- Collaborate with internal legal teams and external counsel on any compliance or litigation matters related to card operations.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to minimize fraud and enhance security in card transactions.
- Liaise with card networks (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) and issuing/acquiring banks on operational and compliance issues.
- Prepare reports on card operation performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Train and mentor junior team members on card operations best practices and legal requirements.
