This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of testing methodologies, particularly in the context of scientific and clinical research applications. You will play a crucial role in identifying defects, reporting issues, and collaborating with development teams to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for various simulation software and data visualization platforms used in clinical research.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that bug fixes do not introduce new issues.
- Collaborate with researchers, developers, and project managers to understand project requirements and testing needs.
- Provide detailed reports on test progress, results, and defect status.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Validate the accuracy and integrity of simulated data and research outcomes.
- Conduct usability testing to ensure intuitive and efficient user interfaces.
