Contract Import & Export - Other

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Contract Import & Export - Other. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience and a Diploma, looking to gain hands-on experience in international trade within the agricultural sector. You will be responsible for supporting the smooth execution of import and export operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and processing of import/export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.

Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.

Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions.

Monitor shipment status and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.

Support in resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the import/export process.

Ensure compliance with all applicable trade regulations, tariffs, and import/export laws.

Conduct market research for potential new import/export opportunities.
