A Bachelor of Arts degree is required, demonstrating a broad understanding and ability to learn diverse tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including food supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Ensure all food preparation and storage areas are kept clean and hygienic, adhering to safety regulations.
- Plan menus in consultation with management, considering nutritional value and employee preferences.
- Oversee food presentation to ensure it is appealing and appetizing.
- Maintain records of food consumption and costs.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff as required.
- Adapt to different culinary styles and special dietary requirements.
