We are seeking a driven and analytical Corporate Development Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Sc degree and a passion for the hospitality industry. This role will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic growth initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships for our diverse portfolio of hotel brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the evaluation of potential M&A opportunities, including market research, financial modeling, and due diligence.
Assist in developing and executing strategic plans to drive company growth and market expansion.
Conduct industry analysis and competitive landscape assessments to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, Operations) to ensure successful deal execution and integration.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the hospitality sector.
