Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with 2-3 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving various crime and arbitration-related matters within the insurance sector. This role requires a strong understanding of Indian legal frameworks and dispute resolution mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in investigating and analyzing insurance fraud and crime cases.
Prepare legal documentation, notices, and submissions for arbitration proceedings.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and regulatory bodies.
Conduct legal research on arbitration laws, case precedents, and relevant statutes.
Support the legal team in managing dispute resolution processes and settlements.
Maintain accurate records and case files for all arbitration and crime-related matters.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
