Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Critical Care Physician with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic medical team in Surat. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Tech/B.E. degree looking to enter the critical care field. You will work under the guidance of senior physicians, contributing to the provision of high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art intensive care units.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management of critically ill patients, including those with sepsis, respiratory failure, cardiac emergencies, and multi-organ dysfunction.

Monitor patient vital signs, laboratory results, and imaging studies, and interpret them to guide treatment decisions.

Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures under supervision.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate dosing and administration.

Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, including nurses, respiratory therapists, and other specialists.

Document patient care meticulously in electronic health records.

Participate in rounds, case discussions, and educational activities.

Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
