Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Engagement professional to join our growing team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for a recent BBA/BBM graduate with 0-2 years of experience who is eager to learn and contribute to building strong customer relationships within the chemicals industry. You will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding products and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement.
- Support in the preparation of customer reports and presentations.
- Help organize and facilitate customer meetings and events.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
