Customer Onboarding - Voice / Blended - Iron & Steel (Hyderabad) - 3-4 Yrs

We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for our new corporate clients within the Iron & Steel sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Tech education and 3-4 years of experience to understand client needs, guide them through our processes, and resolve technical and service-related queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process for new corporate clients in the Iron & Steel industry, ensuring timely and successful integration.

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, addressing inquiries via voice and blended communication channels.

• Utilize technical knowledge gained from an M.Tech degree to understand client requirements related to steel products, services, and systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex technical problems to relevant internal teams.

• Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.

• Document client interactions, onboarding progress, and resolutions accurately.

• Provide feedback to product and service teams based on customer onboarding experiences.

• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding process and customer satisfaction.
