We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented M.Pharma professional to join our team as a Customer Success, Service & Operations Specialist. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences within our furniture and furnishing business. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving service issues, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our service and operations teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an M.Pharma graduate with 2-4 years of experience to leverage their analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, production) to ensure timely delivery and service fulfillment.

Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for customer service and operational processes.
