Data Analyst - Import & Export

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Surat. The ideal candidate will leverage data to provide insights into our import and export operations, driving efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. A B.Tech/B.E. degree in a relevant field is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze import and export data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trade volumes, costs, and lead times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, sales, procurement) to understand data needs and deliver impactful insights.
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support the development of predictive models for demand forecasting and risk assessment in international trade.
- Prepare presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders, including management.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
