Data / Big Data Testing Engineer - 3-4 Yrs

We are seeking a skilled Data / Big Data Testing Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of data quality, testing methodologies, and big data technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and performance of our data platforms and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for data pipelines, ETL processes, and big data solutions.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and consistency across various data sources.
• Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve them.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Experience with various testing tools and frameworks for data quality and performance testing.
• Understand data governance principles and their importance in testing.
