Day Care Teacher / Incharge / Attendant (Ahmedabad)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a nurturing and experienced Day Care Teacher / Incharge / Attendant to manage our on-site day care facility for employees' children. The ideal candidate will create a safe, stimulating, and educational environment, fostering the development of young children. This role requires a unique blend of pedagogical understanding, creative thinking, and organizational skills, leveraging a background in M.Des to enhance the learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Design and set up engaging learning spaces and play areas that are safe, stimulating, and aesthetically pleasing, utilizing design principles.
- Supervise children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining records and communicating effectively with parents/guardians.
- Plan and organize creative projects, arts and crafts, and storytelling sessions.
- Manage daily routines, including feeding, napping, and hygiene.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment.
- Collaborate with parents to understand children's individual needs and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Contribute creative ideas for program enhancement and facility improvement.
