Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Debt Recovery Agent with 0-1 years of experience, ideally possessing an M.Tech degree, to join our team in Vadodara. This role will involve managing and recovering outstanding debts for Marico Limited, a leading FMCG company. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical skills and a methodical approach to resolve payment issues and maintain positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact debtors via phone, email, or mail to discuss outstanding payments.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and payment records.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities and debtor communications.
- Track and monitor accounts receivable aging reports to prioritize collection efforts.
- Collaborate with internal finance and sales teams to gather necessary information and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant debt collection laws and regulations in India.
- Prepare regular reports on collection progress and outstanding debt for management review.
- Utilize analytical skills to identify trends in non-payment and suggest preventive measures.
