Debt Recovery Agent - NBFC

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and diligent Debt Recovery Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and 0-1 years of experience looking to build a career in the financial services sector. The Debt Recovery Agent will be responsible for contacting customers, negotiating payment plans, and recovering outstanding debts while adhering to company policies and legal regulations. This position is based in Mangalore.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers to discuss outstanding payments through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Negotiating repayment schedules and settlement options with customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
- Following up on payment promises and ensuring timely collection of dues.
- Adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines related to debt collection.
- Escalating complex cases to the senior management when necessary.
- Providing excellent customer service while recovering debts.
- Achieving individual and team collection targets.
