Dentist - Water Treatment / Waste Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dentist to join our innovative team in Pune. This role is crucial for ensuring the overall well-being and health of our workforce, particularly in understanding the impact of environmental factors related to water treatment and waste management on oral health. The ideal candidate will have a B.Des degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and provide diagnosis and treatment plans.

Develop and implement preventive oral care programs tailored to employees working in water treatment and waste management environments.

Educate employees on the importance of oral hygiene and its connection to occupational health.

Collaborate with the HR and EHS departments to address any health concerns related to workplace conditions.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental care and occupational health.

Utilize design thinking principles (B.Des) to create user-centric health education materials and improve employee engagement with oral health initiatives.
