Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Design Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Surat. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about contributing to innovative solutions in the water treatment and waste management sector, and who possess a strong aptitude for design and technical understanding, regardless of formal degree qualifications. You will be instrumental in supporting our design engineering processes and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and review of engineering designs and drawings for water and wastewater treatment plants.

Support senior engineers in creating process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).

Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and clients to gather technical specifications and feedback.

Maintain design documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Participate in design review meetings and contribute to problem-solving.

Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and provide design support.

Learn and apply industry best practices and standards in design.
