Desktop Engineer - Insurance Sector (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Engineer to join our IT team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in desktop support and maintenance, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, supporting our employees, and maintaining a productive work environment within the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
