Director Of Photography - Import & Export (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Director of Photography with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all visual aspects of our company's content related to our import and export operations, ensuring high-quality imagery that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, lighting, composition, and post-production techniques, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute visually compelling photographic content for marketing campaigns, product showcases, and corporate communications within the import and export domain.
- Manage and direct photography shoots, including setting up lighting, selecting camera equipment, and guiding models or subjects to achieve desired aesthetic outcomes.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual narratives.
- Oversee the editing and post-production process, ensuring consistency in style, color correction, and retouching.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of visual assets, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in photography, visual effects, and industry best practices, particularly those relevant to the import and export sector.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent visual style guide for all company imagery.
- Manage photography budgets and timelines effectively.
