We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive / Officer with 2-3 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our growing team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the dispatch process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our high-quality stainless steel products. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics, documentation, and compliance, coupled with excellent organizational and communication skills. The LLM qualification will be advantageous in navigating complex contractual obligations and regulatory frameworks related to transportation and trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the daily dispatch of finished goods, ensuring adherence to schedules and customer requirements.
• Prepare and verify all necessary dispatch documents, including delivery challans, invoices, lorry receipts, and e-way bills.
• Liaise with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth flow of information and materials.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, inventory, and transportation costs.
• Handle customer queries and resolve any issues related to dispatch and delivery.
• Analyze dispatch data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize legal knowledge (LLM) to interpret and ensure compliance with contracts, trade laws, and logistics agreements.
