Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Supervisor with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. This entry-level position is ideal for recent BBA/BBM graduates looking to kick-start their career in the fast-paced FMCG sector. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily distribution operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods from our facility to various sales points.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock counts.
Coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch and delivery of products.
Monitor transportation schedules and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
Maintain daily records of distribution activities, including shipments, receipts, and stock movements.
Identify and report any discrepancies or issues in the distribution process to the senior management.
Support in optimizing warehouse operations and ensuring a safe working environment.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet distribution demands.
