Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Diversity & Inclusion Assistant to support our initiatives in fostering a more inclusive and equitable workplace at Delhivery. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in D&I and who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic logistics environment. You will assist in the implementation of various D&I programs and contribute to building a culture where everyone feels valued and respected.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of D&I awareness campaigns, workshops, and events.
- Support the collection and analysis of diversity data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Help in developing and updating D&I policies and guidelines under supervision.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote inclusive practices across all levels of the organization.
- Provide administrative support for D&I related projects and initiatives.
- Research best practices and emerging trends in Diversity & Inclusion.
- Contribute to internal communications related to D&I efforts.
- Engage with employees to gather feedback and promote understanding of D&I objectives.
