Diversity & Inclusion for B.Tech/B.E. Graduates (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Diversity & Inclusion Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing initiatives that foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. background and a strong understanding of D&I best practices, coupled with practical experience in driving change within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage D&I programs and initiatives across the organization.
- Conduct research and analysis on diversity metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop training materials and facilitate workshops on unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, and cultural competency.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to integrate D&I principles into recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement strategies.
- Organize and support employee resource groups (ERGs) and affinity networks.
- Monitor and report on the progress of D&I initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stay abreast of current D&I trends, legislation, and best practices, particularly within the Indian context.
- Act as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance or support on D&I matters.
