Dock Master - MBA/PGDM Professionals (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dock Master with 2-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our team in Pune. The Dock Master will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and secure management of incoming and outgoing financial documents, assets, and data within our NBFC operations. This role requires a strong understanding of operational workflows, compliance, and risk management, coupled with excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the secure receipt, processing, and dispatch of all physical and digital assets and documents.
- Implement and maintain efficient operational workflows for document handling, storage, and retrieval.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and legal requirements related to data security and document management.
- Conduct regular audits and checks to verify the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of records.
- Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g., Operations, Compliance, IT) to ensure seamless document flow and data management.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with document handling and asset management.
- Train and guide junior team members on established procedures and best practices.
- Prepare regular reports on operational efficiency, compliance status, and risk assessments for management review.
- Utilize NBFC-specific systems and software for tracking, managing, and reporting on all docked assets and documents.
