Drilling Engineer - LLB Professionals (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Drilling Engineer with an LLB degree and 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nasik. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze drilling contracts, vendor agreements, and service level agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Provide legal insights and support for operational decision-making, particularly concerning regulatory adherence and risk mitigation strategies.
- Interpret and apply relevant Indian laws and regulations pertaining to insurance operations and asset management.
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documentation related to drilling operations and associated projects.
- Collaborate with internal legal counsel, operations teams, and external stakeholders to resolve legal and contractual issues.
- Conduct legal research on emerging trends and regulatory changes impacting the insurance and operational sectors.
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks and best practices for drilling-related activities.
