Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced eCommerce Executive to join our dynamic team at LAVA International Limited in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and a background in computer applications (MCA).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's e-commerce operations across various platforms (e.g., company website, marketplaces).

Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and average order value.

Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with marketing teams to execute online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.

Ensure product listings are accurate, engaging, and optimized for search engines.

Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely order fulfillment.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Provide excellent customer service through online channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance and present findings to management.
