Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Economics Teacher with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and a passion for educating individuals on economic principles relevant to the NBFC sector. This role involves designing and delivering engaging training programs to enhance the understanding of economic concepts and their practical application within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on microeconomics, macroeconomics, financial markets, and NBFC operations.
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, case studies, and exercises, tailored for adult learners with diverse backgrounds.
- Assess the learning needs of employees and design training programs to address specific knowledge gaps.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.
- Stay updated on current economic trends, regulatory changes impacting the NBFC sector, and incorporate this knowledge into training content.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops to encourage critical thinking and problem-solving related to economic scenarios.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees requiring additional assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and employee progress.
