Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Editor In Chief with 1-2 years of experience, holding an M.Com degree, to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This role will involve overseeing the content strategy and editorial direction for our internal and external communications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial and business reporting, coupled with excellent writing and editing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and edit a variety of content, including press releases, website copy, internal memos, financial reports summaries, and marketing materials, ensuring grammatical correctness and adherence to style guides.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to develop content that aligns with company objectives and brand voice.
* Assist in developing and executing the editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all content.
* Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
* Proofread all published materials to catch any errors before dissemination.
* Maintain a consistent tone and voice across all company communications.
* Provide editorial support for presentations and internal reports.
