Editor In Chief - Fertilizers / Pesticides / Agro chemicals Sector

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Editor In Chief with 2-4 years of experience to lead our content strategy within the Fertilizers, Pesticides, and Agro chemicals sector. The ideal candidate will have a B.Des degree and a passion for communicating complex agricultural information in an engaging and accessible manner. You will be responsible for overseeing all editorial content, ensuring brand consistency, and driving our content marketing efforts to reach farmers, distributors, and stakeholders across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive editorial calendar aligned with company objectives and market trends.

- Manage the creation and publication of diverse content formats, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, case studies, and marketing collateral.

- Ensure all content is accurate, informative, and adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.

- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and R&D teams to translate technical information into compelling narratives.

- Edit and proofread content for grammar, style, clarity, and consistency.

- Stay abreast of industry news, competitor activities, and emerging trends in agriculture to identify new content opportunities.

- Manage freelance writers and subject matter experts, providing clear briefs and constructive feedback.

- Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to optimize future content strategies.
