EHS Officer - Courier / Logistics Sector (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EHS Officer to join our growing team in Bangalore. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of safety protocols and a desire to contribute to a safe working environment within the fast-paced courier and logistics industry. You will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and monitoring of environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting regular safety inspections and audits of delivery hubs, vehicles, and operational areas.
- Help identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Support the investigation of workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, and maintain relevant records.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in organizing and conducting safety training programs for new and existing employees and delivery partners.
- Maintain EHS documentation, including risk assessments, safety data sheets, and training records.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
- Respond to environmental and safety concerns from employees and stakeholders.
