Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Electrical / Electronics Engineer with a Doctorate/PhD to join our R&D team in Mangalore. This role is crucial for driving the development of next-generation electronic products and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong theoretical foundation combined with practical experience in electronics design, testing, and validation, with 2-4 years of relevant experience post-doctorate.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct advanced research and development in areas such as embedded systems, power electronics, RF design, or signal processing.

Design, simulate, and prototype new electronic circuits and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Develop and implement test methodologies, conduct rigorous testing, and analyze results to validate product performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and product managers, to bring innovative products to market.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions for design and manufacturing challenges.

Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and industry trends, and apply them to product development.

Document research findings, design specifications, and testing procedures.
