Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Endocrinologist to join our team in Pune. This role is crucial for supporting our employee wellness programs, focusing on areas relevant to hormonal health and metabolic well-being. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of endocrine functions and be able to assist in preliminary assessments and health education.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting basic health check-ups and screenings related to endocrine health.

Educate employees on common endocrine-related conditions (e.g., diabetes, thyroid issues) and preventive measures.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.

Support senior medical staff in data collection and analysis for health program effectiveness.

Respond to employee queries regarding general health and wellness, referring complex cases to specialists.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
