Engine Fitter / Welder - Full-Time Role (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engine Fitter / Welder with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for a candidate with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree who possesses strong mechanical aptitude and welding skills, eager to contribute to the operational efficiency of our oil and gas projects. You will be responsible for the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of engines and related mechanical systems, as well as performing various welding tasks to ensure the integrity and functionality of equipment and structures.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble, install, and maintain various types of engines and mechanical equipment according to specifications and blueprints.
* Perform routine inspections and diagnostic tests on engines to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
* Execute welding operations using various techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) on a range of materials and components.
* Repair and fabricate metal parts and structures, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality requirements.
* Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to guide fitting and welding tasks.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
* Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to troubleshoot complex mechanical and welding problems.
* Ensure all work complies with company safety policies and industry regulations.
