Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for the preventive and predictive maintenance of critical FMCG production and processing equipment.

Analyze equipment performance data using statistical methods to identify trends, potential failures, and areas for improvement.

Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Manage spare parts inventory and optimize stock levels to ensure timely availability for maintenance and repairs.

Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to evaluate new equipment purchases and upgrades.

Ensure all equipment management activities comply with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.

Prepare detailed reports on equipment status, maintenance costs, and performance metrics for management review.
