ETO / Electrical Engineer for MBA/PGDM Graduates (3-5 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented ETO / Electrical Engineer with a strong business acumen to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an MBA/PGDM graduate with 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field, looking to leverage their technical understanding and strategic thinking in the furniture and furnishing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement electrical systems and controls for manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical infrastructure and machinery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and procurement, to identify and implement electrical engineering solutions.

Analyze electrical system performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose cost-effective solutions.

Manage electrical project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical safety standards and regulations.

Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making from a technical and business perspective.
