Event Planner / Manager (2-3 Yrs) | Thiruvananthapuram

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Planner / Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and a passion for creating memorable and impactful events. This role involves overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution, from conceptualization to post-event analysis, ensuring alignment with Godrej & Boyce's brand and objectives. You will be responsible for managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of events such as product launches, exhibitions, dealer meets, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute a variety of events, including trade shows, product launches, customer appreciation events, and internal company gatherings.

Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives in line with marketing and business goals.

Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors (venues, caterers, AV, decorators, etc.).

Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, staffing, and on-site management.

Create event timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.

Develop marketing and promotional materials for events.

Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes, ROI, and lessons learned.

Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
