Ex-Serviceman Unarmed Security Guard Job Opportunity - Fertilizers / Pesticides / Agro chemicals (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Ex-Serviceman Unarmed Security Guard with a B.Com degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our facilities, personnel, and assets within our agrochemical manufacturing and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patrol and monitor company premises to prevent theft, unauthorized access, and other security breaches.
- Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
- Control access to the facility, verifying identification and logging visitors.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.
- Conduct routine checks of gates, doors, and other entry points to ensure they are secure.
- Maintain a daily log of security activities, incidents, and observations.
- Assist with inventory management and asset tracking, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Manage basic record-keeping and documentation, leveraging B.Com knowledge for reporting and administrative tasks.
