Executive Producer at Bajaj Finance Ltd.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Executive Producer with 1-2 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, developing, and overseeing the production of engaging content and projects that align with our brand vision and marketing objectives within the NBFC sector. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality output from ideation to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of creative concepts and production strategies for various projects, including digital campaigns, video content, and interactive experiences.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, legal) and external vendors (agencies, freelancers) to facilitate smooth production workflows.

Oversee the creative execution of projects, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.

Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices in content production and digital media.

Contribute to post-production processes, including editing, sound design, and final asset delivery.

Liaise with stakeholders to present project updates and gather feedback.
