Exit Management - Full-Time Role

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our team as an Exit Management Associate. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient process for policy terminations and surrenders. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of policy exits, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction during this sensitive phase.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process policy surrender and termination requests accurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Verify all required documentation and ensure completeness before processing.
- Communicate with policyholders to explain the exit process, benefits, and any applicable charges.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, customer service) to resolve queries and facilitate smooth processing.
- Maintain accurate records of all exit management activities and update the system accordingly.
- Identify and escalate complex cases or potential issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies related to policy exits.
- Assist in generating reports related to exit management metrics.
