Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of various exit strategies, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and liquidations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities associated with client exits.
- Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and closing binders related to exit transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth transaction closures.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all statutory and regulatory compliances are met.
- Develop and implement innovative process improvements for exit management, utilizing design thinking principles.
