Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Exploration and Production Director with 3-5 years of experience to join our esteemed entertainment company in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma and a foundational understanding of film and entertainment production processes. This role involves identifying and developing new content opportunities, overseeing production pipelines, and ensuring efficient resource management for our diverse projects. You will work closely with creative teams, production crews, and stakeholders to bring innovative entertainment concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and scout potential locations and production sites suitable for various entertainment projects.

Assist in the planning and execution of production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Collaborate with creative directors and producers to translate creative vision into tangible production plans.

Manage and coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers for production needs.

Support in budgeting and cost control measures throughout the production lifecycle.

Conduct initial research and feasibility studies for new project ideas and concepts.

Ensure compliance with all relevant permits, licenses, and local regulations for filming and production.
