Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of facility maintenance activities, including preventive and reactive maintenance for machinery and infrastructure.

Support in managing vendor relationships, including procurement of services, materials, and equipment for facility operations.

Contribute to budget preparation and cost control measures for facility-related expenses.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies within the facility.

Coordinate with various departments to address facility-related issues and implement solutions.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and operational data.

Participate in facility audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement.

Support in space management, asset tracking, and workplace optimization initiatives.
